ARC 3089-4 Collaborating to Ensure Effective Service Delivery (CEESD):  Participants will gain a practical understanding of what liaisons are and how they work. Students will also learn how they can collaborate with diverse internal and external parties to ensure effective service delivery in the community that builds trust, appreciation and goodwill toward the American Red Cross. Prerequisites: Intro to Disaster or Fulfilling Our Mission.
