Registration and Payment Policy:

Individual Applicants: You will need to come by the chapter before class to pre-pay and pre-register for all community classes. Once you have pre-paid you are then registered in class. Please fill out the online pre-registration form and send to the chapter. Once the online pre-registration is received, you will be called and any other information needed will be given at this time. If for any reason you do not receive a telephone call in regards to your pre-registration call the chapter at (731) 427-5543. Classes fill quickly, so help us to reserve your spot in the class or classes you wish to attend by calling or come by the chapter and pre-pay and pre-register at least five days prior to class date.

Corporate-Business Applicants: You must complete a contract agreement for payment prior to scheduling your personnel for classes. To schedule personnel for classes at the Jackson Area Chapter, or to schedule classes to be taught at your Corporate or Business Location, fill out the form below or call 731-427-5543 for further details.
