The Jackson Area
Chapter of the American Red Cross is excited about our upcoming Fourth
Annual "Spirit of America" program. This year’s program promises to be
our biggest and best ever! We expect an attendance of over 250 people.
The evening will start
with a reception and dinner. Then, we are thrilled to have back the
musical group Fanfare with Kitty Moller from St. Louis. This group was
a big hit last year. Their mix of music from the 1940s, 50s and 60s is
a sentimental journey of classic songs. These professionals are
wonderful to listen to and easy to dance to.
We will have a
display exhibiting a Jeep and military equipment from World War II and
Korea. We will also have a MASH display from the Korean era.
The proceeds from
this event will benefit the local Armed Forces Emergency Services and
the Disaster Services of the Jackson Area Chapter.
Two new developments
this year promise to make this program more beneficial to our
sponsors. First, as Financial Development/Public Relations
Coordinator, I am now on board full-time, so I can devote substantial
time and effort to promote and publicize the event and our sponsors.
Second, we are very
pleased to welcome Charter Communications, Charter Media, and Charter
Business as our partner in this year’s event. The promotions package
they are providing us will insure extensive event and sponsor
publicity.
We have several
sponsor packages that will provide a host of benefits to the sponsors.
We appreciate your support of this worthwhile event.
Thank you.
